I've spent over two decades in pastoral ministry and leadership. I hold a Master's in Pastoral Counseling. I've taken the Gospel to Nicaragua, Haiti, Brazil, Greece, the Czech Republic, and beyond. I've led churches, navigated hard seasons, and sat across from more people than I can count who were stuck, worn out, or sensing something they couldn't quite name yet.

That experience is what I bring to every coaching conversation.

This isn't therapy. It's not a program with a workbook and a certificate at the end. It's a real conversation with someone who has been around long enough to ask the right questions, see what you might be too close to see, and help you figure out what your next right step actually is.

WHAT WE WORK ON

Sessions run 60 to 90 minutes. We meet as often as you need— no locked-in schedule, no monthly package to buy. Some people need a few sessions close together to work through something specific. Others check in periodically as life and ministry keep moving. We figure out the right rhythm for you.

We'll work on whatever is most alive right now— vision, calling, habits and rhythms, spiritual dryness, leadership challenges, major life transitions, or just the fog that won't seem to lift. Everything is grounded in God's Word, anchored in prayer, and aimed at one thing: helping you take the next step with clarity and confidence.

A Note Before You Reach Out

I intentionally keep my coaching to a very small number of people at any given time. That's not a marketing tactic, but it's just how I'm wired because I give what I have fully, and that requires keeping the circle small.
